“I had no idea what was going on with me when I went through menopause.
I felt like I was falling outside the circle of trust at work. Ultimately, I left my job thinking I had early onset dementia - in my early 40's!
No-one should go through this, feeling alone, isolated.
When I discovered it was 'just' menopause, I set out to make sure no other person fell into the trap of not knowing what menopause really is, or how to support themselves.
This is why I retrained, and support others to successfully navigate their menopause.
Now, I am teaching others to Become a Menopause Coach and deliver my signature six week programme: The Menopause Plan"
