Lauren is a multi award winning and globally respected menopause advocate and founder of Women of a Certain Stage.

With expertise in psychology, coaching, and workplace wellbeing, Lauren has helped organisations worldwide create inclusive, thriving workplaces.

Lauren’s mission is simple: to empower employees and employers alike to navigate menopause with confidence, compassion, and success.

As CEO of Women of a Certain Stage, she has led over 400 FTSE and Fortune companies through menopause awareness training, talks and toolkits and has delivered the FREE Menopause The Basics course to 200,000 people globally.

Her personal mission is to train and certify 20,000 Menopause Coaches and Champions before she retires (or dies!).
