What you'll discover:
(Can't make it live? Replays will be available for 48 hours.)
Here's what I'm seeing across the hundreds of organisations I work with:
Women are quietly stepping back from their careers.
They're not talking about why.
One in ten women leave their jobs because of menopause symptoms.
But here's what's interesting - most of them don't want to leave. They just can't find the right support.
Meanwhile, HR teams and managers know something's happening, but they don't know what to do about it.
The gap between the problem and the solution? People with proper menopause coaching skills.
The numbers tell part of the story. By 2030, 1.2 billion women will be experiencing menopause.
That's massive.
But it's more than numbers. It's about being able to genuinely help when it matters most.
💬 “I walked in unsure if this was even possible. I walked out with a plan, a proposal, and a fire in my belly. I finally feel like this is doable.
- James, PT & Yoga Instructor
“This masterclass gave me language, confidence, and clarity. I’m not just asking for funding—I’m owning the value I bring.”
Emily, Nurse (Considering a Career Switch)
“I didn’t think I could afford it.
Now I know I can’t afford not to do this.”
Mia, Senior HR Advisor
Is This Something You'd Consider?
You've probably noticed the gaps. A client mentions brain fog or sleep issues, and you know there's more to explore but you're not quite sure how.
Menopause coaching gives you the framework to have those conversations confidently.
You've likely seen talented women suddenly become less engaged or request reduced hours.
Having menopause coaching skills means you can actually support them instead of just watching them struggle.
This field is growing rapidly, but it's still early enough that you can establish yourself as someone who really knows what they're doing.
We'll look at what's actually happening with menopause in workplaces and why the current approaches often miss the mark.
Plus, what effective menopause coaching actually looks like (spoiler: it's not what most people think).
How do you actually fund training like this? How do you position these skills in your current role or practice?
We'll share real examples and give you templates that others have used successfully.
What proper certification looks like, how our community works, and what the next steps would be if you decide to pursue this path.
No pressure - just clear information so you can make the right decision for you.
What This Could Mean For You
The reality is this: Organisations need people who can handle menopause conversations skilfully.
Whether that's supporting employees, clients, or community members - the demand is real and growing.
Some of the people we've trained have found it opens doors they didn't expect. Others have used it to enhance what they're already doing.
A few have built entire practices around it.
The common thread? They all feel confident having conversations that used to feel awkward or overwhelming.
"The knowledge gained sets you up to be ready to start empowering women and get your business started!"
- Shayne Brunet, Vermont, USA
"One of the most important things I gained was confidence in myself, and confidence in my skills to know I can really help women through menopause."
- Kathy Kattashis, HRDA Certified Trainer, Cyprus
I'm Lauren. I've been working in menopause support since 2014, back when hardly anyone was talking about it.
I've trained over 400 major companies, created courses that 350,000+ people have taken, and certified over 1350 Menopause Coaches and workplace Champions.
What I've learned is that good menopause support changes everything - for the women receiving it, and often for the people providing it too.
These three sessions are my way of sharing what I've learned about this field with people who might be interested in exploring it.
