Who is The Menopause Plan designed for?

The Menopause Plan is designed for professional women who want personalised, one-to-one support to navigate menopause with greater confidence and clarity.

Many of the women I work with are senior leaders, business owners, professionals and executives who are continuing to perform at a high level, but privately feel that menopause is affecting their confidence, wellbeing, relationships or performance.

Whether you're in perimenopause, menopause or post-menopause, this programme is tailored to your individual experience and goals.

Is this coaching or medical advice?

The Menopause Plan is an executive coaching programme, not a medical service.

Together we'll explore the practical, emotional and lifestyle factors affecting your menopause experience, helping you better understand what's happening and develop a personalised plan that supports your health, confidence and performance.

Where appropriate, I'll help you prepare for conversations with your GP or healthcare professional and signpost you to trusted medical resources, but the programme does not diagnose or provide medical treatment.

How are the coaching sessions delivered?

All coaching sessions are delivered online via Zoom, allowing you to join from wherever you are.

Each session lasts approximately 60 minutes and is completely confidential. You'll also receive practical resources, exercises and personalised actions to help you build your own Menopause Plan between sessions.

What happens during the seven coaching sessions?

Every programme is tailored to you, but together we will typically:

1. Understand your unique menopause experience and priorities.
2. Identify the factors affecting your wellbeing, confidence and performance.
3. Explore practical, evidence-informed strategies that fit your lifestyle.
4. Develop a personalised Menopause Plan you can use long after the programme has finished.

Can I fit the programme around my work commitments?

Yes.

The programme is designed specifically for busy professionals. Sessions are booked at mutually convenient times, with flexibility to accommodate work commitments, travel and other responsibilities wherever possible.

Is everything confidential?

Absolutely.

Many women choose executive coaching because they want a safe, private space to talk openly about what they're experiencing.

Everything discussed during our coaching sessions remains completely confidential, allowing you to explore your challenges honestly and without judgement.

How quickly will I notice a difference?

Every woman's experience is unique, so there is no one-size-fits-all timeline.
